The inside circle of the lid holds approximately 20 grams of Pro10 Active™, so you can use the lid to help measure your serves, or simply use three heaped tablespoons of product.
Pro10 Active™ blends readily, is barely discernable in flavour and just one to two serves per day will help you remain active, strong and healthy.
