How much fibre does Pro10 Active™ contain?

Pro10 Active™ contains 3.2g dietary fibre per standard 35g serve which is 10.5% of the Recommended Daily Intake for adults (*).

 

What is lactoferrin and what does it do?

Lactoferrin is produced naturally in the body by immune cells when the body is under the threat or stress. It is also available in higher doses from certain therapeutic medical products and from foods such as whey protein concentrate – the key ingredient of Pro10 Active™. Lactoferrin supports our immune function and helps provide a healthy immune response.

 

What is inulin and what does it do?

Inulin is a dietary fibre produced by plants. As well as contributing to regular laxation it has a pre biotic function that enhances the production of Bifidobateriumlongum, a healthy bacteria, in the human colon that has been associated with reduced risk of colon ailments.

 

What are amino acids?

Amino acids are the building blocks of protein, so they are very important to ongoing health and wellbeing. They are found throughout our bodies as naturally occurring substances and are also present in the foods / beverages we consume. There are 20 amino acids in total and Pro10 Active™ contains all eight essential and eight non-essential amino acids. The eight essential amino acids Pro10 Active™ contains are: Isoleucine, Leucine, Lysine, Methionine, Phenylalanine, Threonine, Tryptophan and Valine (The information on these amino acids comes from: www.anyvitamins.com).

 

 

Does Pro10 Active™ contain, preservatives, caffeine, nut products, added sugar, added salt, or gluten?

Pro10 Active™ does not contain any of these substances.

 

What is the fat per serve of Pro10 Active™?

Per serve (35g) Pro10 Active™ contains the following fats:
Saturated: 1.6g, which is 4.5% of your RDI (*)
Polyunsaturated: 0.2g
Monounsaturated: 2.1g

How much calcium is there in Pro10 Active™?

A single serve (35g) of Pro10 Active™ contains 400mg calcium. This is between 40% and 50% of the RDI – depending on the person’s age. (*).

 

How much Vitamin C is there in Pro10 Active™?
