Mashed potatoes
Add 10g of Pro10 Active™ to 70g potato while mashing. Do not add milk or water to the mash. This makes a single 80g serve.
Scrambled eggs
Beat medium egg in a bowl. Add 30 ml water. Whisk in 13g Pro10 Active™, melt 5g butter and add to the mixture, stirring in well. Pour the mixture into heated, non-stick or well greased pan and cook to your liking.
Casserole
Make your own style casserole with beef, pork or chicken and add all the fresh vegetables you like. Add spices and herbs to your liking. When the casserole is finished cooking and cooling begins, sprinkle Pro10 Active™ in and mix with the gravy. Note that Pro10 Active™ may lighten the colour of the gravy, but any spicy or savoury taste will be virtually unaffected
Soup
Make your own fresh soup from chicken, beef, fish or pork and add vegetables to your liking. Or open a can of soup and heat according to instructions. After heating is finished and cooling begins, stir in Pro10 Active™. This may lighten the colour however, the taste will remain virtually unchanged. Use one to two heaped tablespoons of Pro10 Active™ per bowl.
Pikelets
Place 190g sugar, 500g self raising and six serves (210g) of Pro10 Active™ in a bowl. Add 400ml milk, three eggs and around 100g butter to the mixture then stir until smooth. Pan fry the pikelets as normal. Garnish with sliced strawberry and add ice cream for a treat! Makes approximately 36 pikelets.
